Property Management department at St. Ivan SPA & Pirin Golf Apartments has been established with the purpose of improving the Management and prosperity of the holiday property in the complexes. This service is offered by our professional team in the field of Property Management under the name of Bulgaria Holidays Hotels & Resorts Chian, a company which has repeatedly demonstrated its experience in the field of Hospitality & Tourism in Bulgaria. Bulgaria Holidays has been on the Bulgarian market for over 10 years and has improved lots of records with the management of the most visited and highly rated complex in the region – Katarino Spa. The company has contract agreements with Thompson, Solvex, Thomas Cook.

The mission of St. Ivan & Pirin Golf Property Management is to give you an opportunity to design your own holiday no matter weather you are an owner or a tourist.
