The foothills of the Pirin region Predel will be once again resounded with the songs from Pirin region. Тhe main direction of the council is searching, preservation and promotion of works and spring performances, revealing the traditions of the Pirin region. Razlog Municipality is the main initiator and organizer of the council, together with the Blagoevgrad District administration and under the patronage of Vezhdi Rashidov - Minister of Culture of Bulgaria.
